Steven Nuttall: Director and Real Estate Professional for Hondon Valley Properties SL & Gold Visas Spain


Steven founded Oceanside Real Estate, one of the most successful real estate companies on the Orihuela Costa (Costa Blanca) in 1989. In the year 2015 he launched Hondon Valley Properties in the beautiful Hondon Valley, Costa Blanca. More than 26 years of experience in Spanish real estate and real estate law, Steven speaks fluent Spanish and has gained an excellent reputation for offering the highest quality of service and after care to his clients.

Steven`s passion and commitment is to service excellence, ensuring the whole process of buying in Spain is smooth and stress free for clients. His professionalism, integrity and excellent communication skills makes him a first choice for potential buyers. He manages many projects, particularly new builds, on time and within budget. He has an exceptional ability to build and maintain strong relationships with all levels of management and teams, particularly important working with notary`s, local town halls, banks and lawyers in Spain.

Stephanie Edwards:

Step
hanie has worked in Higher Education for over 15 years, developing customised training programmes for companies in the UK and overseas.  She became a subject matter expert in customer service for the Institute of Customer Service (ICS), and specialises in helping organisations in both public and private sectors, in the UK and globally, to become more customer focused.  She supports organisations in the creation of a customer service culture, developing customer service standards and a variety of customer service related products at all levels.

Stephanie has written two best sellers, The Best Practice Guide for Customer Service Managers and The Best Practice Guide for Customer Service Professionals and also held the role of International Business Advisor for the UKs Institute of Customer Service (ICS). Stephanie has developed service excellence programmes in Africa (Kenya and Nigeria), Asia, including Singapore, Latin America and the Caribbean as well as many UK corporates including the Institute of Customer Service. She also worked closely wit
h Professor Robert Johnston at The University of Warwick to initiate the Diploma in Service Leadership, a post graduate programme now run by Warwick Business School.

Stephanie has advised The English Tourist Council on their Welcome to Excellence Programmes and has also judged for the National Customer Service Awards at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London. She writes articles for professional magazines and learned journals globally.

Stephanie has decided to locate to Spain to enjoy the sunshine and the more relaxed lifestyle.She experienced exceptional customer service from Hondon Valley Properties and  has decided to join the team.  Stephanie told us, "Service is the differentiator and I am happy to join a professional team who understand the importance of customer satisfaction and I also want to help prospective clients to feel totally comfortable with purchasing in Spain".



Andrew Perryman:

Andrew formally a professional logistician expert who spent the last 30 years in a senior advisory role to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Specialising in acquisitions and procurement on Saudi British Defence Cooperation Programs which underpinned 48,000 jobs in the United Kingdom.

It was during this period that Andrew realised that he enjoyed the expatriate lifestyle, so became very aware of the need to maintain the standard of living that he and his family had become accustomed too. Spain was the obvious choice with Sun, Sea and of course the healthy meditteranian lifestyle. More importantly the acquisitian of a family villa in Spain was affordable, easy to commute and offered a fantastic lifestyle balance.

Andrew came to Spain in 1999 and bought a beautiful home on the Orihuela Costa with Steven Nuttall who headed up Oceanside S.L from 1989 to 2004. Andrew was so impressed with the service that was offered he decided to act as a representative for the business in the Middle East, initially offering a service within the community of his expatriate colleagues and later to the wider community. This proved to be very successful and formulated the business we are today.

With an established sales team in the Middle East and an ever expanding portfolio of clients, Andrew decided it was time to come and base himself back on the Orihuela Costa. Andrew, as all the team is passionate about what we have achieved and he honestly believes that everybody should have an opportunity to enjoy what Spain has to offer.



Colin Evans

Colin
has been in the real estate business in Spain for more than 30 years. He speaks Spanish and recognises the importance of listening to customers and identifying what they really want. He has worked both with new developments and re-sales, coastal and country, and ensures all customers are kept informed on a regular basis wherever they are in Europe. Colin will offer a personalised service to all clients throughout and beyond their purchase.

Tanya is a true professional and has been living in Singapore for many years where she supported many charitable groups with their service strategies. Tanya recently returne
d to the UK where she improved sales figures for a prestigious award winning building company who won many accolades including designing the Olympic Village in 2014. Tanya acted as their top sales executive and won the heart and minds of her customers, she consistently exceeded all her targets. In 2015 Tanya won a National Customer Service Award.

In 2017 Tanya decided to join Hondon Valley Properties as Sales Director UK based. She is highly motivated and believes in listening to her customers first and foremost to ensure they purchase the home of their dreams.
